On this Teacher Workday when kids have off from school, sign them up for a class at the cooking school where they will have fun making home made pasta with fresh ingredients. Kids will learn how to make basic pasta dough, knife skills, boiling pasta and sautéeing.The class is designed to encourage independence and to nurture interest in cooking. Once the meal is prepared the kids will have lunch at the cooking school and will take home the recipes.

NOTE: If this day is a snow make-up day, class will be canceled and money will be reimbursed.
