The
Charlottesville Cooking School specializes in hands-on cooking classes intended for
beginners, individuals with a love of cooking and professionals seeking
to improve their skills. We offer a variety of baking and cooking classes, cooking series and family/kids classes. We use local vendors who carry high quality local and seasonal produce.
In our classes, students work hands-on in small groups at three
fully equipped cooking stations. In April 2009 Martha Stafford, owner
and instructor of the school, was named as one of the "Up and Comers" in
