Session 1 duration 3 to 3.5 hours
In this session your will learn how to stock a pantry with the secret ingredients to delicious food and choose essential equipment. You will also learn basic knife skills (knife grip, slicing, dicing, julienning, chopping, mincing), how to make a vinaigrette, wash and store lettuce.

In this class you will learn all about stir frying with seasonal vegetables and tofu or tempeh, as well as pressure cooking Grains and how to make Homemade Pudding.
