In February we are offering a Thai Cooking Series on 3 consecutive Thursdays starting February 12. This Series can be bought as a package for $ 175 or you can attend individual sessions for $ 65 each. In order to take Thai 2 or 3, we do require that you have taken Thai 1.
Thai 1 with Ashley Clarke. $ 65
Thursday February 12 at 6PM (duration 3 ˝ to 4 hours)
Ashley will introduce you to the ingredients and equipment needed to make delicious Thai food at home. You will make your own Green Curry Paste with a mortar and pestle as well as:

·Green Curry with Chicken
·Tropical Fruit Skewers with Chili Sugar
